Privacy policy

This policy explains how Gulzcom uses the personal data it collects on this website. By submitting a form, you confirm that you have read this policy.

1. What data we collect

When you fill in a form: your name, company name, phone or WhatsApp number, e-mail address, the service you are interested in, your estimated budget and your message.

When you subscribe to the newsletter: your e-mail address.

Automatically, when you use the website: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and statistical data collected through cookies.

2. How we use the data

To respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal; if we begin working together, to conclude a contract and provide services; if you have subscribed, to send you the newsletter; and to improve the website's operation and content.

We do not sell your data or disclose it to third parties for advertising purposes.

3. Who we share data with

When you submit a form, your inquiry is stored on our own server and emailed to our team. If sending fails, we offer to send the same text via WhatsApp instead: in that case the data goes to WhatsApp (a Meta Platforms service with its own privacy rules). Newsletter subscribers' email addresses are also stored on our own server, and the newsletter may be sent through an email delivery service.

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) for website statistics: Google receives anonymised statistical data about visits to the site. Backups of the server's data are kept in Google Drive.

Where required by law, data may be provided to the competent public authorities.

4. Retention period

If we do not begin working together, inquiry data is deleted 12 months after the last correspondence. Contract-related documents are retained for the period required by law. A newsletter subscription remains in effect until you unsubscribe.

5. Your rights

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Personal Data, you may find out what data is held about you, request its correction or deletion, unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, and withdraw your consent to the processing of your data. To do so, write to sales@gulzz.com. We respond to requests within 10 working days at the latest.

6. Cookies

The website uses the following cookies and browser storage:

Essential: your chosen language (the NEXT_LOCALE cookie), colour theme and sound setting (the browser's local storage). They only let the site remember your choices.

Statistics: Google Analytics 4 cookies (_ga and those starting with _ga_), kept for up to 2 years. Using a random identifier, they measure visits, pages viewed and approximate location (country, city). They are not used to identify you personally.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To opt out of Google Analytics, you can also use Google's "Google Analytics Opt-out" browser add-on. Refusing statistics cookies does not affect how the site works.

7. Security

We take technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access. No one can guarantee the complete security of data transmitted over the internet, but we strive to minimize the risks.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated. The latest version is always published on this page, and the date above shows when it was last changed.
