When you fill in a form: your name, company name, phone or WhatsApp number, e-mail address, the service you are interested in, your estimated budget and your message.

When you subscribe to the newsletter: your e-mail address.

Automatically, when you use the website: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and statistical data collected through cookies.

2. How we use the data

To respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal; if we begin working together, to conclude a contract and provide services; if you have subscribed, to send you the newsletter; and to improve the website's operation and content.

We do not sell your data or disclose it to third parties for advertising purposes.

3. Who we share data with

When you submit a form, your inquiry reaches our team via WhatsApp. WhatsApp is a service of Meta Platforms and is subject to its own privacy policy. The newsletter is sent through an e-mail delivery service. Analytics tools (for example, Google Analytics) may be used for website statistics. Where required by law, data may be provided to the competent public authorities.

4. Retention period

If we do not begin working together, inquiry data is deleted 12 months after the last correspondence. Contract-related documents are retained for the period required by law. A newsletter subscription remains in effect until you unsubscribe.

5. Your rights

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Personal Data, you may find out what data is held about you, request its correction or deletion, unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, and withdraw your consent to the processing of your data. To do so, write to sales@gulzz.com. We respond to requests within 10 working days at the latest.

6. Cookies

The website uses cookies to function properly and to collect statistics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. In that case, some features of the website may not work properly.
